About SDG Computing, Inc.

SDG Computing, Inc. was founded in 1995 with the goal of helping organizations transform data into knowledge.  From MS SQL Server 6.0 right up to the MS SQL Server of today, the focus has been and continues to be on Microsoft products, both in the areas of business intelligence tool training and custom application and database development.  SDG's proprietary product, CubeSlice, along with its predecessor products, the Local Cube Task, and the OLAP Client Management System, has been sold in more than 30 countries on 6 continents. 

SDG's Principal People

The chief Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing consultant at SDG Computing, Inc. is Tim Peterson. Tim is the author of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Data Transformation Services and the lead author of Microsoft OLAP Unleashed. He is a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.


The President of SDG Computing, Inc. is Donadee Peterson. She is certified by Microsoft as a Product Specialist and has developed custom database applications.

The lead programmer of CubeSlice is Nathan Peterson.  

 

Local cubes give you the capability to use your data when you're not connected to the Analysis Server, give a portion of your data to individuals who don't have access to your Analysis Server, and create subsets of your data that dramatically improve browsing convenience and speed.
