Automating Your Use of CubeSlice 

If you are using Data Transformation Services (DTS) in SQL Server 2000 or Integration Services in SQL Server 2005, you can include tasks that create your CubeSlice files. The picture on this page shows CubeSlice used inside of a DTS Execute Process Task in SQL Server 2000.

You can also use CubeSlice with any other scheduling application – to create new local cube files, other CubeSlice files, or to refresh all the local data being used by a CubeSlice file.
